In the following sessions, we will unpack as much of your past trauma as you are comfortable. We will discuss how this trauma may be impacting your day-to-day life. We will also set recovery goals.
Where You’d Like to Go
During our sessions we will explore how you are doing with your recovery goals and discuss adjustments that could help you meet those goals.
